Mr. Willman has represented numerous healthcare companies throughout their corporate lifecycles, including formation, capital raising, growth, and sale. Having successfully exited as a management team member, Mr. Willman understands the path of an entrepreneur's strategic plan to accomplish a liquidity event. As a chief legal officer, Mr. Willman was responsible for all legal, regulatory, compliance, and governance matters. This included counseling executive management and the Board of Directors on legal issues to aid in proactive decision-making.
Businesses and investors rely on Mr. Willman as a trusted counselor in areas of law regarding corporate governance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, contract structure and negotiation, real estate, employment, licensing, intellectual property, and litigation strategy. Mr. Willman earned his bachelor's degree in Finance from W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and is a graduate of Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. In his free time, Mr. Willman enjoys spending time with family, volunteering in his community, and participating in endurance sports, such as ultramarathons and triathlons.
