Mr. Schwarz is a corporate healthcare attorney with a practice focused on business transactions and real estate disputes. Mr. Schwarz regularly represents organizations in general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic joint ventures, including contract drafting and due diligence. Mr. Schwarz also advises his clients on a broad range of landlord and tenant matters. Mr. Schwarz is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State. In his free time, Mr. Schwarz enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and rock climbing.
